• Responsible for all aspects of troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing and repairing of Baxter equipment and units in the field• Managing all service territory coverage responsibilities including Preventive Maintenance, upgrades of software, hardware and firmware at customer sites throughout Canada. This includes cleaning /decontamination, performing the upgrade and testing/validating each device serviced. • Interacting with customer representatives in a positive, professional manner that results in a positive experience for the customer • Produce quality results. Maintain accurate, useful and complete service records in Baxter’s service systems• Maintain and ensure certification of all work and test equipment as per company operating policies and procedures

• Certified service representative for VITROS Integrated Chemistry and Immunodiagnostic Systems• Responsible for all aspects of troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing and repairing of VITROS units in the field• Working on VITROS unit peripherals (printers, integration to customers network, e-Connectivity modules)• Implemented personnel training with accent to safety, calibration tips, required maintenance for uninterrupted operation to minimize unplanned downtime• Managing all service territory coverage responsibilities including Preventive Maintenance, upgrades of software, hardware and firmware• On-Call person for customer service calls and emergency contact person• Assess Customer needs and recommends solutions in accordance with product specifications and Customer Specifications• Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports
