About Vadim Taube

Over past decade I have had the privilege of managing a portfolio of major B2C and B2B brands that form a set of companies operated by an ASX 100 listed Vocus Group Ltd and iSelect Ltd as well as a Private Equity Firm.As the CEO of InfoChoice I was responsible for the operations of one of Australia’s leading and oldest financial services comparison sites. After completing a managerial buyout of InfoChoice from iSelect on behalf of a Private Equity Firm, the business underwent a transformation and was subsequently exited to FirstMac Ltd. In my capacity as the General Manager for iPrimus, I was responsible for the end-to end business outcomes; go to market strategy, growth, full P&L accountability and leading a team of 800 FTEs. As a member of the consumer division’s executive team, I have been fortunate enough to collaborate with some of the most brilliant minds in the industry. Working in partnership with the CEO and other senior business leaders to successfully relaunch and transform the challenger brand.Previous to my appointment, I was asked to join the business to establish a new division operating in Financial Services. I headed the operations across all aspects of Dodo Insurance including setting up operational and compliance procedures with a view to obtain an Australian Financial Services License. I was an ASIC approved, sole Responsible Manager for the Dodo Insurance AFSL. The business operated a digital acquisition channel as well as an outsourced contact centre for which I hold full accountability.I was concurrently running the operations of Dodo Insurance and iPrimus for the group.Through my journey with Vocus Group, I have had an opportunity to head third party distribution through channel partners, affiliates, aggregators and comparators. As well as lead the operations for Commander Finance, funded in partnership with FlexiGroup Ltd.Prior to joining Vocus Group I have held numerous senior positions in the financial services industry during a career spanning almost two decades.On a personal note, as a father of two young daughters I enjoy balancing my fast-paced professional life by unwinding with the family.
