I was born and received my education in the former Soviet Union. At the beginning of my academic career as a college professor, I was teaching in world-renowned universities such as Cambridge University in England and Aberdeen University in Scotland to name a couple. In 1998 I was admitted to the United States as a person of extraordinary ability in the arts indicating: “A person, one of a small percentage who has risen to the very top of their field of endeavor.” In 1999 my education was evaluated by Yale University and I continued teaching and directing for film and theatre in the US colleges of Wooster College in Ohio, Bethany College in West Virginia, Coe College in Iowa, Mount Union University (formerly Mt. Union College) Ohio to name a few. In the last few years of my work in academia, I was heavily involved in the research on the implementation of digital technology in the performing arts which in 2005 led me to create the AMVONET (Advanced Manageable Video Network) software and hardware infrastructure that became a foundation for AVE Intervision network. Since 2005 I dedicated my full-time attention to the AVE Intervision LLC company as its President and CEO.
