Functional activities:- managing treasury group and management reporting group (8 direct subordinates);- preparation of consolidated management reports consisting of P&L, CF (direct and indirect methods), BS and KPI on monthly basis. In addition, performing variance analysis, which compares planning and actual financial results;- writing business notes and preparing presentations for top managers and the Board on a regular basis;- creating complex financial MS Excel models with following features: 'what if' analysis, scenario analysis by changes in input parameters, investment appraisal, Monte Carlo simulation;- leading budget process, preparation of annual and operational budgets (at least on quarterly basis) using ZBB and bottom-up approaches, controlling budget limits while approving legal contracts and making payments;- controlling the level of debt and providing overall supervision of debt collection;- overwatching payment operations, particularly, compliance with foreign trade activities legislation, management of a loan portfolio, lease portfolio and bank guarantee portfolio;- member of operative directorate committee, budget committee, credit committee. Achievements:- fully reworked the financial model of the company in MS Excel: improved details and the accuracy of calculations, enhanced functionality; - consolidated management reports were checked by a company from BIG4, no mistakes were found;- successful implementation of 1C: Holding Management for automating and fastening budget process.

Functional activities:- evaluating limits to invest in securities, derivatives, limits to perform reverse repo deals taking into account liquidity risk and market risk, i.e. stock, currency and interest risks;- performing quarterly updates of limits by statistical analysis of huge arrays of information about market trade activities. For instance, VAR-analysis with usage of confidence intervals was applied;- compiling reports on the basis of calculated limits and presenting them to the Board (almost 100% approval rate form the first attempt), controlling how treasury follows established limits on investments;- conducting GAP-analysis reports regarding the liquidity of the bank, reports about the interest risk of the bank in accordance with CBR and international supervision bodies.Achievements: - improved managerial reports in a bank accounting system, i.e. compiling the list of changes, interaction with IT department and checking whether a new version of reports meets requirements;- reworked and structured business processes of department. For instance, I fully reworked all reports in MS Excel and MS Access and it helped to prepare reports 2-3 times faster. In addition, instructions for conducting calculations and creating reports were written from scratch.
