After many years of project management, I decided to dive into video content production, completed a course in computer graphics and took an entry-level position in a small production company.

Turnadzor is a channel dedicated to reviewing the tourism industry in Russia. I was invited in it as a crisis manager. Within a year, I got it up and running, organized filming all over the country, put together a small production team, optimized costs, and launched two side projects.

I created the neftegaz.tv media project from scratch. Did everything personally, but as a hired employee - from developing the concept of an industry TV channel to managing filming and compiling the broadcast schedule for the year. Later directed, edited, selected and trained employees, participated in projects from the sales stage, maintained long-term relationships with clients.
