After the merger with OSI, my responsibilities were to continue managing development of AdConnections to raise its maturity level and create integration with OSI traffic.Within a year AdConnections further evolved into a leading sales solution for TV stations and groups which paved the way to its acquisition by Harris Corporation.

I co-founded Viewbridge with Kevin Cahill to create the first web-based media research and proposal SAAS for the broadcast advertising industry, AdConnections. After subscribing more than 100 TV stations as customers, in 2005 Viewbridge merged by acquisition with Optimal Solutions, Inc., also a startup and maker of OSI-traffic. In a year after the merger, AdConnections and OSI-Traffic were acquired by Harris Corporation for $32 million and became a part of its Broadcast Division. To date AdConnections, that is currently branded as LandmarkOSI™ Sales, remains the leading media research and proposal system.

Architected and led the development of the first distributed client-server sales and proposal system in the media advertising industry, KOMIT.
