Especially, I would like to admit Vadim's contribution, as either the original developer or co-developer, to a number of projects involving platforms integrations (examples account C#/VFP WebService; C#-app-controlled data flow across Oracle/SQL Server; C# proxy dll updating SQL Server data from VFP data, and more). I must also mention his vast experience in handling big volumes of data, always achieving good results in speeding queries up. In addition, Vadim is extremely good at developing and realising complicated algorithms (e.g. merging complex prioritized date intervals). Being a decent and kind person and possessing good communication skills, Vadim showed his ability to be a team player, to handle even the toughest clients, and to help other people with readiness. All this, in combination with the ability to solve complicated jobs, has made Vadim one of leading employees at our department. He was entrusted with the most difficult tasks. Therefore it’s not surprising that the cases when Vadim lost his jobs were extreme events like company closure or nearly so. I think that the features Vadim possesses come in handy at any workplace. "
