When Kaplan acquired Atlantic Link, I continued to work on the Atlantic Link product with the development team in Cape Town, South Africa.Our team worked according to the Scrum methodology using Team Foundation Server as a collaboration tool.Together with the Product Development Manager and Scrum Master I was responsible for planning of future features, creating the product backlog and tasks for each backlog item, planning sprints, assigning tasks to developers.
