As a Team Lead in Reliability team, I'm working on improving reliability and fault tolerance. Our focus areas include chaos engineering, autorecovery, observability, anomaly detection, graceful degradation, on-call tools, load testing, and everything that contributes to reducing MTTR, MTTRC and ROCOF.My responsibilities include planning and managing the project portfolio in the team.
