Client : Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY), OMAN➢ Working in several OXY Sites in Oman like OXY Mukhaizna, OXY North as a Site Supervisor cum Permit Holder & Permit Applicant.➢ Have the valid OXY Permit to Work (PTW) card of Mukhaizna OXY sites.➢ Received and identified with color tapes all spools from the shop and download on the field to be mounted on the piping rack.➢ Coordinated tasks according to priorities and plans.➢ Produced schedules and monitored attendance of crew.➢ Used appropriate hand and power tools to fit. install, disassemble, and/or remove.➢ Utilized pipe cutting mechanisms including beveling machine to cut large bore pipe to specified lengths➢ Site supervision and implementation of the job as per drawing and specification of the project.➢ Organizing workload, allocating tasks, tasking team on a daily basis➢ Be involved with and recommend new technology opportunities, or upgrades to existing toCurrent processes and opportunities for operating cost reduction and or production optimization.➢ Monitoring staff attendance and performance levels➢ Supervision of workshop activities.➢ Monitor the work that is going on in the field, lease cleanliness, work performance, safety issues make recommendations as required.➢ Installation of different types and different rating of valves.➢ Checking edge preparation, fit-up and alignment of piping.➢ Preparation and monitoring of the hydro-testing of piping.➢ Interpretation of all piping Isometrics and P& ID drawing.➢ Fabrication and Erection of piping involved with the type of CS, SS, material group.➢ Develop maintenance procedures and ensure staffs are trained and competent at the procedures. Identify additional staff training requirements.➢ Preparing and submit work completion report to the work manager.➢ Ensure good housekeeping standards, complete site inspections as per HSSE guidelines and ensure follow‐up is completed.
