 Collecting requirements for testing from Project Manager and Business Analyst. Understand and analyze Business, Functional, Technical and UI (User Interface) requirements of the project/release. Analyzing new projects related to testing, participating in review meetings. Preparing test Plan based on functional Specification documents to satisfy the new business requirement. Involved in project Estimation. Interacting with team members on Test plans, Test scripts, Test cases & Test strategies. Created Test Conditions, Test Cases and Expected results. Created required Test Data according to the business and maintain Test Data sheet for the executing the test cases. Executes database queries to validate field and table data using SQL. Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary. Updating Developers, Project managers and other stake holders throughout the testing life cycle related to issues arising on difficulties, Functional changes, Process changes or any other modifications Giving mandatory information of a defect to the developers in order to fix it. Providing status of day-to-day activities of the task. Performed manual testing in QA and production environments. Executing the application according to business scenario and verifying the output. Verifying whether the defects are fixed and retested. Logging the defects. Manage to use any or latest bug tracking tools (Reporting bugs in Mantis) Executed Regression Test case before releasing the product. Production Parallel validation. Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention. Assigned, Monitored and Tracked Tasks of Team Members. Prioritizing the Task on daily basis. Preparation of Training material and other documents related to project Conducting Training and calibration for new joiners Participation in providing training to team as required.
