I am a cybernetic economist by education. By the time I graduated, and I already had 7 years of experience in direct sales, so I continued to develop in this direction.I started moonlighting since the end of school. First as a consultant, then in the restaurant business, and then in the food sector. But I get bored quickly if I am not learning something new; when I know all the processes, what works and how, when I don’t develop further. In 2018, I realized that in my field I had already hit the ceiling and there was nowhere to grow further, so I wanted to radically change everything. This is where my career in electronics began - like a breath of fresh air.I worked in one company (by the way, now they are our competitors). At that time they were quite strong, but when the management changed, personnel changes began to occur, so I left.After that, the agency scheduled me an interview at “Gazer”, so I got to know the company. That was the start of my career at “Gazer”.I came to the company just under the TV launch project, it was the launch of a new product on the market. We began to build processes and a product. We finalized, reworked, studied competitors, the market, and the specification. We met with partners, broke into one large network - our first partner in Ukraine, who began selling our TVs in stores.I joined “Gazer” as a sales manager, then became the head of the TV sales department. Then my department began to develop e-commerce networks: online stores and traditional retail. After a while, I became director of foreign markets development.I like that “Gazer” values honesty and openness to dialogue. Any employee can call another at any time on any issue - and he will always receive an answer or help. Everything is transparent here. When there is some need or problem, I am sure that not a single person in the team will stand aside and will always help. The biggest value in Gazer is the people who work here.
