With over 17 years of experience in the banking industry, I enjoy optimizing payment methods and improving the interaction with payment card users.I worked in a retail bank with a major focus on the debit/credit card business. I started working in the bank even before the widespread rolling out of the process of issuing credit/debit cards . Therefore, I took a direct part in all stages of the development of issuing and acquiring payment cards. Career Highlights: Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional teams and achieved tangible results, including:- Successfully implemented of a number of projects in cooperation with Visa Inc. and Mastercard Inc.:• Preparation of documents for entry into the international payment system MasterCard Inc. and VISA Inc.• Raising the status in the international payment system VISA Inc.• Implementation of new BINs• Implementation of Visa Money Transfer (today Visa Direct, including a number of program additions) and MasterCard Money Send, which increased activity and customer engagement tenfold• Certification of emission of contact and contactless chip cards (VSDC, M-Chip, M-Chip Advance)• Project of an in-house personalization of cards• POS (ADVT and M-TIP) and ATM chip certification (ADVT and M-TIP)• 3D-secure implementation (Issuing and Acquiring)• Exchange of issuing keys with processing• Update of MasterCard issuance certificates• Migration to new processing• Tokenisation of the issuing - Apple pay and Google pay• Visa Alias• VISA 8-digit BIN migration- From scratch, I established the work in the Division of the billing (Mailing of Statements) by reducing the costs of printing and delivering statements to cardholders by several million hryvnias per year due to the revision of the terms of cooperation with partner suppliers of equipment, consumables, delivery service and optimization of internal organizational process.- Organized the scheme of the bank's claims work with merchants and processing center.Vision and Values: I believe in the transformative power of technology in the payments sector, combined with innovation and collaboration.
