 Develop, implement and maintain guidelines, policies, procedures and make sure IT processes are complaint with Central bank requirements.  Effectively maintain compliance with internal and external regulatory audit requirements by collecting evidences and prepare report on IT audit findings.  Fine tune IT governance controls and Security by working closely with Information Security and ensure necessary controls are in place.  Periodic review of risk register based on vulnerability reports and close follow-up with respective team on the mitigation plan until closure.  Generate reports and project dashboards involving various IT service management KPIs and maintain the inventory to record the decisions, progress and delays.  Makes sure ITIL process is followed across the teams to focus on deliverables by identifying gaps and ensure prompt closure of incidents within defined SLA.  Organize governance forums including Change Advisory Board, IT Steering Committee and ensures IT services & Business are aligned on targets and prepare meeting minutes.  Active participation in Disaster Recovery activity, record the evidences, review with management and take actions on improvement, if required.  Adept in managing end to end Project management activities including Initiation, Requirements gathering, project planning, budgeting, resource scheduling, coordinating and communicating between Business and IT Team.  Ensures IT project delivery is as planned and executed on time by coordinating with technical team and stakeholders.  Assist Risk Management team during vendor risk assessment, vendor evaluation for any change involving external vendor and get user acceptance on changes made.  Maintain smooth relationship within teams and cross functional domain to minimize any clash of interest.  Explore opportunities to enhance service management tool to handle requests from users and business.
