My position here was Activity Leader for the Remote Jobs and Communities Program.I was required to aid job seekers, particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds, to gain the skills necessary for employment.I managed and drove the company van to transport clients.I also taught administrative tasks such as letter writing, formatting, and using programs including Excel, Numbers, Word and Pages.Working with a range of people from all walks of life allowed me to see that everyone has an eagerness to learn and can do so if approached in the right way.

During my time at Apple, I worked in several positions including sales, the Store Visuals Team and the Workshops Team. My role in the in-store workshops was to teach clients a variety of skills from simple functions on an iPhone or iPad, to more complex applications on Apple computers.
