I solve partial differential equations to make a living !!!!!It was extremely surprising for me, when for the first time I saw the mathematics of the Finite Element Method (FEM). An amazing prospect, something that gels together the fields of Mathematics, Physics, remains inspiring till date. And what was even more amazing was that through cutting edge solvers like ANSYS, this theoretical concept could be applied to practical Engineering problems.This is my work, taking practical engineering problems of bridges, pressure vessels, automobiles, composites, bio-mechanics, and converting them to a diverse set of equations based on the underlying physics, and finding a solution to them using latest solver tools.
