Job Description:• Allocate rooms to be cleaned to the Housekeepers on a daily basis (according to rooms occupancy)• Allocate rooms to be inspected to the Supervisors on a daily basis (according to rooms occupancy)• Ensure excellent Guest service is provided, including VIP and other special requirements• Follow up on the check list for the cleaning process of the rooms as well as the inspection following• Communication with the Front Office Shift Leader to keep track of the rooms and guests’ preferences• Report on daily business along with the Housekeeping & Quality Assurance Director • Chart the shifts schedule for Housekeepers & Housemen on a weekly basis and check for any updates needed daily• Perform room inspections prior to check in or during guests’ stay• Inspect service areas, public areas and corridors• Report and follow up on any maintenance service needed• Schedule and supervise deep cleaning projects• Manage and train Housekeepers and other new Team Members to ensure performance meets the Operations, Hygiene & Brand standards• Ensure the adherence to the brand standards at all times• Track and check the Turndown Service during the evening shift• Update of the GXP platform with the engineering issues need to be taken care of• Chart and track the Lost & Found items through OPERA• Communicate with guests through emails and/or telephone (i.e. for special requests, lost & found etc.)• Supervise the in-house Laundry service • Actively participate in interviews for hiring staff• Organize and actively participate in the Christmas and New Year’s hotel decorations
