I am an experienced English Teacher for more than 13 years now in regular schools and private courses (teaching young, teen and adult students, from the Basic to Advanced levels).I own CELTA certificate from Cambridge University Press and decided to take it since I had always considered crucial investing time and money on professional development. Furthermore, working with people is what really catch my eye. Why not getting money by doing something that makes me feel accomplished? Teaching a language is such a good excuse to have people develop their professional, personal and social skills. Communication is the goal, English is the way.I’m also a tour guide licensed by CADASTUR-RJ, experienced in guiding tourists from all over the world throughout Rio de Janeiro during the Carnival and the high season (from December to March). English has been part of my life since 2007.
