Graduated in IT Management and with more than 4 years of experience of working for international companies, my current position is Concur Travel and Expense consultant, where cases from Latin and North America, EMEA and APAC regions are daily handled. The roles I am currently engaged are Support Engineer, Incident Technical Owner and Phone Support Point of Contact for Portuguese and Spanish speaking lines. From 2013 until 2015 I have lived in China, where I had the first opportunity to be part of a multicultural team (an experience I will always cherish), since then have always had the pleasure to work with colleagues from multiple nationalities. — I can speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Chinese. — I had the opportunity to teach an external company certification for partners in many locations in Brazil, and mentoring some colleagues is part of my actual routine.
