I have more than 20 years of extensive managerial and technical experience in IT. I was a project manager in several IT international companies providing managerial expertise in designing, developing, and operating various governmental and commercial systems. I have worked with business representatives to develop technical specifications, negotiate and prepare with customers long-run strategy and roadmaps. I have actively participated and have taken a leading role in all phases of IT systems implementation including software architecture documentation preparation, quality assurance execution, and user acceptance verification. In addition, I have strong experience in providing IT advisory services to Deloitte Consulting, KPMG UK, BearingPoint Inc. I have served as an IT consultant to USAID-funded projects in Armenia to help the Government of RA to strengthen its administrative capacity and improve business operations.
