As such, the Intake Coordinator must: collect essential information, provide information and referral in appropriate circumstances and make a professional and positive first impression on behalf of the agency. Scope of Responsibility:Primary: The First Link™ Coordinator-Intake, receives and acknowledges referrals and conducts the initial telephone interview with prospective clients to identify needs.
