Data Center Operator, Site Supervisor (Facility And Operation Management) @Compass Datacenters
Current• Oversee the operations and maintenance of the data center facility.• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including safety and security protocols.• Develop and implement policies and procedures (MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs) for efficient facility operation and maintenance.• Monitor and maintain the performance of critical infrastructure systems, including power, cooling, and fire suppression.• Manage technicians’ team responsible for facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.• Supervise and manage the activities of external vendors and contractors, including scheduling, and performance monitoring.• Provide regular reports to senior management on facility performance and metrics.• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and communication.• Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to facility processes and procedures.
