-Mechanical designer of Static Equipment including pressure vessels, Reactors, filters, towers as per latest relevant international code and standards ASME, for detail Engineering of Petrochemical Plants and Oil and Gas Refineries by using related software (e.g. PVElite, Compress, Nozzle Pro ) -Technical document preparation such as General assembly drawing, Detail drawing, PWHT procedure, hydro test procedure for equipment, painting procedures, etc.-Providing Project’s Mechanical Documents including Drawings, Datasheets, Material Requisitions (MR) and other deliverable documents for Static Equipment- Check and review of vendors submitted documents such as general arrangement drawing, fabrication detail drawings and mechanical calculation-Check and evaluate vendor’s Proposals and preparing Technical clarification, Bid Evaluation (TBE) includes ensuring their compliance with all project specifications parameters and coordination in multi-discipline offers.-Conversant with the codes, standards and individual specifications such as:• API (e.g. 650,2000), ANSI, ASME (e.g. Sec II, Sec VIII-1), ASTM, NACE (e.g. MR 0103, TM 0284,RP 0472), TEMA etc.• Licensors’ specifications (TOPSOE, UOP, Axens etc.)
