 Acting as a part of the Internal Recon Vertical performing Reconciliation of Real World Transactions with the Accounting Transactions, from records maintained by the Custodian Bank.  Conducting Mutual Fund/Pension Funds Cash Reconciliation, Stock Reconciliation, and Past Due Verification activities. Monitoring the Team Performance, Achievements of SLA/KPI, while ensuring submission of Deliverables to the Client within stipulated deadlines. Performing updates on the Daily and Monthly Scorecard/MIS/KPI for the Team. Tracking the Performance of Team Members, assigning Goals, and providing support for Attainment of Assigned Goals.  Holding One-to-One Meetings with Team Members to offer Feedback on their Performance each month. Analyzing and allocating duties to the Team Members depending on their Area of Expertise. Organizing Team Meetings each month, with focus on Targets & Achievements, and exploring New Ideas & Initiatives to bring about efficiency in Daily Operational chores. Inspiring and mentoring Team Members to meet KPI, develop Interpersonal Skill, etc. to spot the Training Requirements for developing team skills and conducting Training Session to fill possible knowledge gaps within a team

 Reported to the Team Leader. Conducted Mutual / Pension Funds Cash Reconciliation each day, covering Resolving Exceptions pertaining to Swaps, Foreign Exchange, Mortgage Backed Securities, Time Deposits, Futures, Trades and Various Income, etc. Monitored daily Stock Reconciliations, comprising of Reconciling Stock Exceptions for Mortgage Backed Securities, Sinking Fund, Inflationary Bond (with backup of Bloomberg), Collateral Securities, Security Lending, Swaps, etc. Verified the Old Accruing Incomes consisting of Validating the Income Entitlement and mediations with the Internal Department for Outstanding Income. Executed End-of-Day Reconciliation to ensure accurate drawing of the Statement of Accounts for Clients and Investment Managers. Generated various MIS Reports as per the requirements of the Business Unit and the Senior Management. Imparted Training to the New Recruits in the Team along the lines of the New Joiner’s Training Module. Coordinated Auditing chores comprising Monitoring and Supervision of work performed by Team Members.
