Vahid David Delrahim is the President and CEO of Platinum Energy, a holding company whose subsidiaries offer service in over 200 West Coast locations. Delrahim has over three decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience in the car wash, retail petroleum, and convenience industry. Today, Platinum Energy and its portfolio of companies employs over one thousand individuals. Delrahim has also led Platinum Energy’s efforts to create new concepts within the industry, including Lavaggio, a high-end car detailing center.Delrahim is also the CEO of Bliss Car Wash, a Southern California-based, eco-friendly car -wash chain that understands the importance of water and fights to conserve it at every turn. Bliss Car Wash also partners with non-profit organizations to donate fresh-water wells to rural communities in West Africa, to coincide with each new location.As the CEO to these companies, Delrahim continues to be extremely committed to taking care of his employees and the company reflects his belief. His “family first” approach is the foundation of every one of Delrahim’s company’s culture. David, alongside his wife, Orna, are very prominent philanthropists. Over the years, the Delrahims and Platinum Energy, have donated tens of thousands of dollars annually to various causes. These include, the Heart Foundation, the Evan Fischer Foundation Memorial Fund, and many of the San Bernardino and Los Angeles County communities affected by the firestorms and the Coronavirus pandemic. Delrahim is also a board member of the LA Chapter of the Jewish National Fund and is a former board member of the SF Valley’s Chamber of Commerce, and a contributing member to Wells Bring Hope.An immigrant from Iran, Vahid David Delrahim received his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from The University of Southern California.Delrahim is a longtime Southern California resident. He and his family reside in Calabasas, in the Los Angeles area.
