I'm an Experienced practitioner, Executive coach, Teacher and Team leader in the fields of Knowledge Management, Data Management, Human Resource Management, Innovation and Digital Transformation, Parenting Strategy , BPM, Culture and Employer branding and Digital marketing. By designing and implementing these systems and management solutions, I help organizations and businesses in taking the step toward growth, innovation, problem solving, and improve performance. My experience in KM and HRD spans 15 years (Starting from 2007) and 7 years (Starting from 2015) in Data Management and Innovation and Digital transformation spans 5 years (Starting from 2017). Before becoming a consultant and teacher, I worked for many years as an specialist and manager in various companies such as Magfa and Mammut, and I am still looking for stable and long-term work.I am the founder and Co-founder of ProKM and DataChange and have worked in a variety of industries such as banking, telecommunications, information technology, automobile, rail, Power, oil and gas, payments, startups, and so on. During this time, I worked as a trainer and lecturer for universities and educational institutions like Tehran University, Mahan Business School, and Industrial Management Organization. Innovation, adherence to professional ethics, involving people, analysis, helping people grow, and a desire to create and publish content are some of my most noticeable characteristics.
