• End to End resolution of Incidents in DCN backbone running on OSPF and ISIS routing protocol.• Working on Switching and OSI Layer which is managing the whole Transmission Mux network.• Hands on experience of configuring and troubleshooting experience of Cisco routing and switching platforms including 12000, 7600, 7200, 6500, 3750, 3800, 2800, 1800.• Troubleshooting for services extends to End to End Ethernet (EoSDH and ALU - MSP) having last mile (ATM switch/DSLAMs or Siemens XP 140 at PoP).• Managing the end to end responsibility for replacing EOL, EOS hardware on backbone and access network under maintenance window.• Hands on STP, VLANs, Trucking Protocols like ISL, 802.1Q, VTP, Inter VLAN Routing, MSTP, RSTP, PVST.

 Handling MPLS backbone network and troubleshooting the problems. Hands on experience on routing related issues in backbone network as well as customer network. Implementing connectivity between remote locations using PPP, Multilink, HDLC, Frame Relay and ISDN.  Backup configurations and troubleshooting. Proactive Monitoring & troubleshooting of Lease Lines and ISDN. NMS day-to-day operations, to keep the system running and monitoring the end users environment for any expected/unexpected failure in any part of the Data network.
