• Preparation of PFD, P&ID, Layout and responsible for review and checking.• Preparation of Line list, Valve list, Equipment list, Instrument List.• Preparation of Reactor datasheet, Tank datasheet, Pump datasheet & Instrument Datasheets.• Material balance, Heat balance & Utility calculations.• Heat exchanger calculation, Design of tray distillation column.• Design, Review of heat exchanger using Aspen tech EDR and Aspen Hysys.• Piping routing review using software like AutoCAD, Plant-3D.• Study and apply the need of industrial instruments where ever required.• Hands on experience in Pump Hydraulic Calculation, Line sizing.• Capable of reviewing of vessel and piping drawings aligned to P&ID.• Co-ordinating with client & vendor throughout project.• Project handling and Co-ordinating with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, & R&D Department.

Feasibility study on Air Oxidation of Sulfite & Bisulfite. Carried out experimentation and analytical study of process. Maintaining daily report on working project including procedure Followed by mass balance of reaction material and other essential calculations.

Hands on experience of equipments like Flow Reactor, Batch Reactor, Viscosity Meter, TLC and other common equipments. Conducted experiments and performed necessary analysis. Calculations and Reports preparation were done for respective project.
