Responsible for New Project Planning & Executed as per plan of Toolroom & equipment’s. Executed the expansion of Toolroom and mold shifting and new Mold development and commissioning Planning and execute Toolroom machine installing and processing. Completed Green field project (Gujrat Plant) planning and execution as per plan New tool development and buyoff as per requirement. Responsible for IATF 16949, ISO-14001 and ISO-45001 maintenance documents Ensuring Planned Maintenance as per TPM methodologies. Ensure timely &qualitative Mould preventive maintenance as per plan. To upgrade multi skilling of all maintenance manpower Purchasing department material as per plan & negotiation with suppliers Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing preventivemaintenance programsto improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment undergoing maintenance. Conducting an analysis of the breakdown to reduce the downtime of machine. Planning and Control of Spare parts of machine. Mold equipment design as per requirement with follow up mold maker Knowledge of all Toolroommachine (Conventional lathe, Conventional Milling, Surface grindermachine,) Responsible for Mold maintenance of 50T, 75T, 130T, 250T, 350T, 520T and breakdown handling. Yearly and monthly budget making and represent to management. Monthly MRM represents to management. Responsible for new tool buyoff and close the issue point atsupplier end. Responsible for process improvement during new line setup. To ensure all safety point in toolroom and take proper countermeasure and close it. To give training our downline and improve skill.
