 Responsible for sourcing profiles of Freelancer’s, IT Corporate trainers as per client requirement depending upon various Technologies & Skill-sets. Responsible for Mapping, co-coordinating and scheduling of IT corporate training at various venues (PAN INDIA) Being a SPOC between clients, Sales and training execution team. Arranging and conducting client expectation call via Skype or bridge, so as to help trainer to understand the main objecctive of the training. Coordination with Execution team for ensuring Lab setups at venues, course ware delivery, assessment papers and feedback forms. Responsible for interactions between client’s SPOCS for better understanding of training deliverable's and ensuring Back-end support from respective internal divisions. To visit Client / Training location to monitor and ensure smooth flow of the training.

 Worked and handled for General Electric Health Care projects in localization. As a PJM (Project Manager) responsible for overall management of projects.  Preparing estimates, quotations for projects. Handling budgets and forecasting revenue’s. Preparing and scheduling projects depending upon the client requirements. Effective communication with SDL Flatiron (USA) Program Managers, internal teams and the client as and when required. Handling all project-related administration. Storage and accurate filing of all assets received and delivered. Collating information and generating reports. Coordinating with production team, setting up schedules for every new project depending upon priority. Effective management of projects. Project set up as determined in PJM project guidelines including the booking of external translation resources and issuing purchase orders. Maintenance of all internal project documentation. Maintaining risk register and stake holders register. Updating projects brief’s as and when required.
