• Working in a global team responsible for reporting to the ITSM Change Management Process Manager for identifying change needs, assessing the impact of the change, capturing and documenting requirements and then ensuring that those requirements are delivered by IT whilst supporting the business through the implementation process. • Coordinating and managing change across the whole business• Ensure timely delivery of deployment of Change Management process across various business functions.• Presentation of monthly Key Performance Indicators including analysis of the data and highlighting areas of improvement which led to multiple process improvement initiatives.• Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the Change Management Process and propose improvements if required • Chair and facilitate the change advisory board (CABs) meetings to ensure processes, policies and procedures are being followed• Responsible for execution of Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management process for critical plant floor applications.• Perform reporting activities for the processes and investigate process improvement opportunities.

• Modifying existing objects like Reports, SAP Scripts, Interfaces, User-Exits, BADIs, Workflows, IDOCS, in achieving business requirements and eliminating any discrepancies• Personally responsible for resolving issues in a technical way, adhering to set deadlines and procedures, and providing a high quality solution • Gaining an in-depth understanding of project guidelines, landscape and adhering to the quality standards of the project• Coordinating with the users in gathering requirements and resolving issues, in addition to training and mentoring people in the team regarding delivery and quality processes, utilising exceptional leadership skills• Leading the development of a module, delivering quality software solutions and tracking the progress of the project utilising Microsoft Project Planner and reporting the same to the Senior Manager• Additionally responsible for providing the on-call support to the business, as well as performing critical financial-related tasks in the production system every month, requiring the effective coordination with various teams, thus achieving system stability
