Responsible for generating business in branches as well as spoke locations such as Kolkata, Indore and Jaipur.

Risk Management (Apr’08 – May’14) Responsible for keeping a check on Fraud related activity by analyzing trends and monitored and reviewed negative areas/employer to mitigate risk for the company. Responsible for analyzing of portfolio and its Vintage hence bifurcation and segmentation based on geographical, loan category and personnel area. Ensured continuous efforts for market intelligence over negative sector funding. Managed team of 8 employees for collection with a target of 95% conversion in 30 DPD and 80% conversion in 60 DPD. Managed collection and enforcement agencies and sorted various challenges along with them. Handled acquisition and sale of mortgage assets in NPA by way of Securitization.Credit Analysis (Oct’07 – Mar’08) Accountable for the interaction with customers for business requirements and delivery of financial services by way of credit appraisal of individual and technical assessment of the asset. Managed team for ensuring quality business and coordination with Legal, Technical and sales team for processing of business in stipulated time.  Coordinated with development team for maintaining quality business.
