• Sub cellular fractionation, from cell lines (HepG2), tissue (Rat liver and Dog pancreas), and Plasmodium falciparum cultured cells. • In vitro reconstituted transcription, translation and translocation assays.• Protein chemistry and proteomics methods.• Separation, pre-fractionation methods for intact proteins and complex protein sample (size exclusion and ion exchange chromatography, velocity sedimentation)• Trypsin digestion( in-gel and in-solution), sample preparation and sample loading on mass spectrometer.
