As a current Human Resource Recruiter and an ex-placement coordinator at Innomatics Research Labs, I have supported the career development and placement of students who were pursuing various courses in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning and transition to working in the Recruitment to understand the importance of an individual addition to the team. I have worked with the trainers, mentors, and industry partners to provide guidance, feedback, and opportunities for the students to showcase their skills and talents.I graduated from Gogte Institute of Technology, BELGAUM with a BE degree in Computer Science in 2021. Although I have a technical background, I discovered my passion for human resource management (HRM) and decided to pursue it as a career. I have completed multiple certifications in HRM, such as Human Resources Foundations by LinkedIn and Human Research Foundation by SHRM. I have also conducted research on the topic of emotional intelligence in the workplace and how it affects the performance and well-being of employees.My goal is to gain hands-on experience in HRM and contribute to the growth and success of the organizations I work with. I believe that HRM can make a positive difference in the lives of the employees and the culture of the organization by paying attention to their needs, motivations, and programs. I am eager to learn from my team and develop my professional and technical skills.
