Khojdeal is an online product and deal discovery platform which helps users get the best offers curated at one place. The current ecommerce landscape in India is expanding. We have some massive players like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal etc who always have great deals for the users and then there are some niche players who want to attract new users to try them their product/service. As a user, I am looking for a platform where I can get all products listed at one place. I just don't need a price comparison engine while buying an Iphone, I want to see all the options available when I am buying anything - It can be a white formal shirt for my office or a semi casual brown shoe that can be wore to work with my chinos. While looking for them, I also want the best deal/coupon that can be applied on the store. This made us believe that users need Khojdeal.

2012 was the year of e-commerce. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, we decided to plunge into developing an ecom product from scratch. A task which involved a steep learning curve, the team was motivated to spend countless hours at office and thanks to everyone involved, we were able to launch the product in a span of 2 months. The challenge was to choose a niche which was still untapped. We decided to go ahead with a men's only store! Some of the responsibilities included:1. Permeate360 was born with an idea of providing 360 degree branding and marketing solutions to various organizations. In 2.5 years of existence, we worked for some reputed organizations like Bennett Coleman, Loccitane, Deborah Milano, Welgrow Group etc. Leading the business development team, I was responsible for pitching new logos and consulting existing logos for digital media strategies and execution. I worked with our clients for scoping their business requirements and designing customized technical solutions. Started as a self funded company with only 3 members, Permeate360 was a 15 member team within a year of execution and around 25 people when we started wrapping up our operations.

Medulla Soft is into Virtual Reality. It refers to the simulation of real life factors in an artificial environment, so as to reduce the accessibility, time and cost related constraints attached to the real life environment. At Medulla Soft, I was responsible for generating new leads in the government and private sector. It involved educating the market on the need of the new tool, leading to product awareness and sales. In my tenure with Medulla Soft, I worked with the founders of the company and got influenced by their spirit of entrepreneurship and dedication.
