Key transactions:1. Long term debt funding for a coal mining company in Indonesia (US$ 200 Mn).2. Advised a UAE based company for acquisition of insolvent solar PV companies in Europe.3. Advised a coal mining company in Indonesia for sale of coal mines (over 200 Mn tons of coal reserves) to India buyers.4. Cross-border take-or-pay coal contract worth $ 5 Bn including financing of US$ 375 mn.5. Private Equity financing for an automotive components manufacturer. 6. Working capital financing for a steel manufacturing & trading company.7. Long term financing for a steel manufacturing & trading company in India.8. Tax, Accounts, MIS:1. Handled the complete tax audit for IL&FS Ltd and managed its indirect tax portfolio across 20 states coordinating with teams and tax consultants in different cities.2. Debt restructuring of a subsidiary to generate additional cash flow and reduce tax impact.3. Analysed proposals and transactions from risk management, financial and regulatory perspectives.4. Structured tax efficient transactions for infrastructure development and corporate finance.5.
