Over the last 15+ years at Johnson and Johnson, my responsibilities evolved from implementing systems to managing the entire portfolio of Commercial engagements. Ensuring critical initiatives were delivered on time and under budget. Communicating with Senior Leadership. Managing budgets for the Commercial organization at Biosense Webster (a Johnson & Johnson Company). I am driven by Innovation and have been part of strategy planning teams. I have led multiple teams with people responsibility. I am a strong believer in developing and retaining critical talent. I was fortunate to work across multiple functional areas and Operating companies which gave me exposure to SOx, FDA and Health Care Compliance regulations from an IT perspective. Due to the broad exposure across functional areas, I am involved in identifying risks and coming up with mitigation strategies. I am passionate about what I do and lead by example.
