✓General Accounting and ReconciliationsEnsure for Books of Accounts prepared as per Accounting Standards and responsible for Receipts, Expenditure, Cash, Bank, Journal transactions and incidental thereto along with debtors, creditors, group of companies and bank.✓Accounts PayableResponsible for the payables are processed as per policies/agreements of the Company and handling of monthly, quarterly and annual closing with effective timely and accurate closure of provisions and preparation of relevant schedules.✓Budgeting and Costing Prepare of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly/Project/Division wise Costing, Budget and Cash flow statements and analysis, monitoring, control thereof/funds and report to the management accordingly.✓MIS and Reporting Prepare of MIS to be presented before Managing Director and Stake Holders which includes company/project/division wise Profit & Loss. Cash Flow statement having the analysis of Budget vs Actual and reasons thereof.✓Finance and BankingFamiliar with the procedure of preparing documents for the purpose of Investments, Insurance and availing Funding, Loans, Bank Guarantees, Over Drafts, Credit Cards, Insurance Claims etc. and monitoring Foreign inward/outward remittances, cheques/dd/rtgs/nefts/paypal inwards/outwards and other day to day operations. ✓AuditCoordinate with Auditors for get done all Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits. Meeting with Auditors/Professionals to discuss the audit objectives, timing and reports. Discuss with the Management draft reports and prepare balance sheet as per new revised schedule VI. Compete documentation of Transfer Pricing. Fallow up on critical issue raised in audit report to determine.✓Asset ManagementResponsible management of tangible and intangible assets.✓PayrollManage the ITR of employees and directors, TDS, EPF and ESIC compliance and Returns. Prepare data for Actuarial calculation of Gratuity and leave-encashment and make provisions thereof.
