Operations Manager
Current- Leading different projects assigned along with managing entire credit (policy and process) and operation departments (Disbursement, Daily branch closing, Partner dealings). - Bridging gaps among all departments and stakeholders for the smooth functioning of business and maintain an efficient work environment. - Ensuring daily reconciliation & closure of cash books of the entire portfolio (302 Branches in 8 States) while maintaining accuracy and productivity. - Tracking daily status and ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned tasks. - Enable each team member to follow the organization's policies and procedures. - Focusing on new opportunities for implementation of efficient and standardized process to motivate team members and enhance work culture.
