Main responsibilities:- Representation of a company that creates jewelry in Lithuania, in cooperation with Lithuanian resellers, search for new resellers, communication with customers (work on Magento); preparation of commercial proposals, reports and invoices (work on Erply); care of sales places, timely supply of goods;- Finding ways to increase brand awareness and coordinating related matters; cooperation with Lithuanian influencers; organization of photo/video shoots; work on Facebook Ads Manager, preparation of advertising on social media (FB, IG), writing communication messages, working with designers, creating visual material for advertising; preparation of newsletters using MailChimp and Klaviyo programs;- Participation in exhibitions held in Lithuania and coordination of matters related to them.

Main responsibilities:- Analysis of operational efficiency in the Customer service contact center;- Finding ways to improve and make customer service more efficient, making suggestions, initiating process changes, generating technical solutions for improving customer service and making operations more efficient;- Administration and coordination of implementation and support of customer service improvement and efficiency projects, preparation/updating of instructions and procedures and clear and timely transfer of information to the responsible department;- Analysis and control of implemented solutions; preparation of reports and presentations.

I started working in this company as a customer service specialist, later, as my competence and knowledge increased, I became a customer project manager. My responsibility was:- Administration and coordination and development of customer projects in the contact center; preparation of contractual documents; organization, coordination and control of service installation works; systematization of information required for customer service, preparation of training materials, conducting trainings; creation of service windows in the internal portal;- Communication with clients, preparation of meetings, preparation of reports and presentations; participation in customer service audits; resolution of customer claims and their analysis, etc.
