Investigated lipid shell microbubbles as a means to encapsulate tumor-killing gene therapy. Produced microbubbles from lipid solutions for drug delivery and ultrasound contrast agent experiments. Stabilized and size isolated bubbles using Accusizer, used mathematical transforms to determine best size range for in vivo stability. Added specified functional groups for reaction and run in vitro tests in mice to determine best pressure, size, composition to achieve maximum stability.

Created informative newsletter with new clinical data and research results, including relevant patient statistics and new treatment options, which continues to be updated and sent out annually. Screened charts to find Crohn's patients with ilietis. Consented and obtained DNA sample via cheek swab.
