• Acting as compensation & benefits policy advisor to various stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Business leaders, employees & vendors) for executive personnel (more than 500 employees) across the globe – 3 major continents• Global Compensation cost analysis including employee’s total compensation & relocation benefits. Also briefing them & providing recommendation to the various line of businesses of the organization across the globe.
