Research Intern at the Department of Human ResourceInternship Project: Understanding Employee Attrition Analysis• Aim- To conduct a study on why employees (irrespective of the division or designation) are leaving the organisation.• Conducted 100+ telephonic interviews with ex employees.• Analysed the data, looked for needs, motivations and the main reasons for resignations.• Devised strategies to reduce the attrition and enhance employee satisfaction.The results of the project were shared and discussed with the senior management, and the underlying strategies were keenly adopted.
