As a scrum master and agile project manager, I guided various teams from scoping a product to successful launch. Mostly IOS/Android native projects to fin-tech and cryptocurrency apps but I was also responsible for several FE and BE projects.

As a corporate client manager I had over 100 companies in my portfolio, mostly specialized retailers but not only. My responsibility in this position was to support my clients business with suitable banking products helping them to grow and meet their goals. Good communication and knowing my clients business was the key to achieve this.

As a retail sector manager I had a deep view and knowledge of this sector in Estonia. Analyzing the sector overall performance and outlook, my responsibility was to work out banks strategy in this specific sector which involved the loan amounts, proportions depending on the stock-turnover etc. Retail Sector Head as a specialist in its field was a public person talking in conferences and writing reviews and outlooks in the papers.

My job responsibilities were to cover all my 300 corporate customers with needed cash management products which included Group accounts, cards, POS terminals and payments and Escrow accounts.My customer based was mostly large retailers and construction companies.
