Key Responsibilities:Involved in the End to End Recruitment Process.Involved in creating opportunity with Digital Environment.Sourcing, screening and short listing resumes from different portals.• Interacting with the client via e-mail to schedule interviews with the candidates• Sourcing the profiles from the existing internal database / job portals.• Evaluating candidates and short listing them through telephonic• Interacting with the candidates/clients for getting the interview feedback• Follow up with the candidate and the client to confirm a smooth transition• Ensuring all reporting is updated accurately; check and send the reports to the Director on a daily basis.• Conducting Telephonic interviews and scheduling Face to Face interviews.• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of his proposed job
