My tenure as Senior HR includes handling vendors, direct and indirect clients, strategies to access a better pool of candidates, taking decision on team restructuring and internal recruitment, handling a team of recruiters, negotiating with the vendors, formulating and evaluating quantitative and qualitative KPIs, aligning resources for client demands, negotiating with clients, preparing business and financial reports, coordinate with legal as well as accounts team for invoices and contracts, reporting to the managing partners on developments of the team and the work.

During my tenure as an Associate, I was involved in providing end-to-end recruitment/staffing solutions to clients. I dealt with Tech and non-tech profiles focussing on niche hiring. I also created personal rapport with my clients which helped in client retaining and positive feedback.

As a founding member, I take care of any major decisions relating to HR, Recruitment, Policies concerning the team, Performance, Documentation, Employee Engagement, Legal Contracts and Compliance, Invoicing. I supervise the HR functions of the company like internal hiring, onboarding process, campus recruitment, payroll and compensation.
