 Responsible for Management and Service related call flow issues for Critical Enterprise Customers that uses Cisco Intelligent Service Gateway and follow CE to PE model. Performing Audits on Site basis to ensure network redundancy and also to ensure that the Site setup is as per the Jio Standard Architecture for Enterprise customers.  Create and execute test cases along with Planning Team for new site integration. Provide Technical assistance for Cisco, Ruckus and Air Tight Wireless AP’s and Controller.

 Troubleshooting issue related to data flow for Access network Non-Enterprise Customers that follow Ring architecture with ERPS L2 loop prevention mechanism. Resolve escalated issues from Fault Management team. Provide Technical assistance for Cisco, Ruckus and Air Tight Wireless AP’s and Controller. Coordinate with Vendors for critical network faults Handle issues for devices ASR 1000, 9000 series routers, ASR901, c2960 and C3750 switches, Cisco 8500 WLCs

 Design HLD/LLD for on-boarding a new customer in DC Implement the network as per LLD and performing end to end connectivity tests.  Implementing routing, switching, security and VPN’s while on-boarding a new customer. Migration of customer from one DC to other DC. Troubleshooting MP-BGP Session Between PE Routers Configuring and Troubleshooting ACL, NAT on ASA/FWSM/FORTIGATE firewall Supporting Cloud Infrastructure and different clients connected to the Cloud
