• Worked in an employment firm and gained exposure of different industries.• Responsible for recruitment coordination and interview follow ups.• Preliminary screening /short listing candidates sourced through portals, social networking sites, referrals etc against the given requirements. • Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic) to check technical skills, communication skills, interest level etc. • Follow ups on the feedback. • Following up with the candidates after the offer is made. • Acts as a single point of contact with the clients. Also, responsible to understand and fulfil there requirements.
