Guiding and monitoring the team in working towards achieving the targets set for them. Helping them in making brand audits for prospective clients. Creating pitch presentations for prospects, to showcase what we can do for their brands.Building a network with consultants in the field of PR and marketing, for further business development. Putting a process in place for smooth functioning of the team and amicable working.
