Job Responsibilities:-Develop hiring plans and strategies according to the required positions.•Posting job , screening, shortlisting, scheduling f2f interviews and selecting for the observation session .•Conduct day wise training and observation session before Onboarding.•Provide training to HR management trainee.•Conduct college campus hiring by following the procedure of campus placement.•Prepare PPTs for hiring, orientation, campus hiring, direct selling etc.•Conduct orientation program for the new recruits.•Conduct Role play OJT for all the new recruits related to objection handling cycle, FAQ and other queries to improvise work performance.•Draft HR documents such as Offer letter,JD, Employment contract, recruitment tracker, candidate application form.•Keep records of new employee,employee attandance management.•Draft e-mails related to recruitment,sales and client's requirements.•Keep thorough records of Sales tracking daily, weekly and monthly.• Setting up achievable sales goals for the team on daily and weekly basis .• Support working sales team for achieving the goals .•Close sales lead of new recruits.•Keen eye for details before forwarding it to backend.•Draft Sales tools with the support of MS office according to the required leads (QDE, •Customer data filling sheet, pitching structure,OHC,FAQs sheet, Pick-up sheet, offers templates etc)•Manage termination or resignation and FNF settlement.
